Planning your perfect wedding ceremony can be as enjoyable and memorable as the day itself. Perhaps you have the clearest idea of what your ideal ceremony looks like? Maybe you each have different ideas? It’s also OK not to be sure what you want, to keep your options open and to seek new ideas.

That’s where I come in. I can help you shape the perfect ceremony for both of you. One that incorporates your ideas and fits you, your venue and your guests perfectly.
Your ceremony will be personal, unique and memorable. Whether you want belly laughs, happy tears, surprises, vows that will change your lives forever, or elements of great symbolism, I will create the ideal ceremony for you.
Our process
to the perfect wedding
Following your initial enquiry, I will arrange a brief zoom call with you both. This is an no obligation opportunity for you to decide whether I am the right celebrant for you. We can discuss your initial ideas, dates, times and venues and I will answer any questions you may have.
If you choose to go ahead with me as your celebrant, I will spend time getting to know both of you. Ideally this will be an in-person meeting with you at your home, or a venue of your choice. If required, this meeting can also be held via Zoom. I will want to hear the story of your life together so far, hear your ideas for your wedding, confirm the date, time and venue and begin to put together an outline of your ceremony.

I will be able to help with suggestions, discuss music and readings, symbolic actions, vows or promises and help you create your amazing wedding.
Following the initial meeting, I will produce an initial draft script for your ceremony, usually within a week or so. This will probably have gaps, bits for you to fill in, things you want to change or add to. Sometimes seeing your story on the page will generate new ideas. I will redraft your script for as many times as needed to get it perfect for you, right up to the day of your wedding if necessary.
Usually, there will be a chance to rehearse your ceremony. Ideally this will be at the venue of your choice. Following the rehearsal there may be further script changes, additions or deletions. Then there will be the big day itself, one to remember for the rest of your lives. When it is all over I will leave you with a presentation copy of your ceremony script and your life as a married couple begins!

Anywhere you want
There are few limits to where you can hold your ceremony. It could be in a field, in a garden, in a forest, on an island, in a village hall, in a tent, on a beach, on a cliff-top, in a pub or hotel. You choose.
Maybe you already have a venue planned, or perhaps you haven’t a clue. You may want to amaze your guests with a ‘surprise wedding’, you may want something simple, small and intimate, or a massive party with all your family and friends there to witness your love and commitment for each other.
It’s your day. Do it your way.
